Privacy policies
I. Scope
Through the Privacy Policies, the treatment that Auxtral will give to the data received by the users is determined, and that it will be in accordance with the provisions of National Law No. 25.326 on Habeas Data.
In this way, in those cases that users provide confidential information to Auxtral, they are accepting these privacy policies and the Terms and Conditions of use.
For this, Auxtral provides users with the appropriate resources so that they become aware of these Privacy Policies, the Terms and Conditions of use and Protection of Personal Data.
II. These policies describe:
a. What will be the data collected, how will it be used and the purpose for which it will be processed.
b. The consequences that derive from providing the data.
c. Faculty and way of exercising the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of data.

Auxtral does not collect any type of personal or confidential information from users without it being explicitly provided voluntarily and through the only available means provided by Auxtral to communicate, which is the e-mail address contacto@auxtral.com.ar; Therefore, it is clarified that Auxtral does not put any type of form with blank fields online in order to collect information of any kind or to request the user to register to have Auxtral content.
The data that users provide to Auxtral will only be processed 1) To have a record of the interest they have in Auxtral and its content; 2) Answer, within the possibilities of the Administrator, the queries that users make on the specific topic of Auxtral; 3) treat them in accordance with the purposes established in this document.
Whenever Auxtral suggests you write us an email, it will include a link to this document in order to inform you of your rights and obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
The Administrator understands that from the moment a minor accesses Auxtral, he has the permission of his parents, his guardian or his legal representative.
The Administrator reserves the right to modify the content of the personal data privacy document in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as those that may be derived from existing standard codes on the matter.
e. The consequences of providing the data
National Law No. 25.326 establishes that no person can be obliged to provide sensitive data, understanding as such personal data that reveals racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or moral convictions, union affiliation and information regarding health or sexual life, and may be subject to treatment when there are reasons of general interest or authorized by law. In the same way, this law aims at the comprehensive protection of personal data recorded in files, registers, data banks or other technical means, whether public or private, guaranteeing the right to honor and privacy of people, according to art. 43 third paragraph of the National Constitution.
The information received will be treated confidentially.
Only the data authorized by the regulatory framework and those expressly consented to by the user may be disclosed, with the exception of:
A formal request from judicial authorities.
A formal request from other authorities with sufficient competence.
f. Faculty and way of exercising the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of data:
Although Auxtral does not request, as already mentioned above, that the user provide personal data, the right of access is one of the rights established by National Law No. 25,326 - Protection of Personal Data, which allows citizens (users in this case), access the registered information, thus being able to manage the use made of your personal data.
The user may exercise the following rights before the Administrator and through Auxtral:
Request information from the control body, regarding the existence of files, records, databases or personal data banks, their purposes and the identity of those responsible. The record that is kept for this purpose will be free and public consultation.
Request and obtain information on your personal data included in public or private databases intended to provide reports.
Request the modification of your personal data when they are not correct or are not updated, if appropriate, and;
Request the rectification, update, deletion, confidentiality of the personal data of which it is the owner and that are included in a data bank.
